Tasting Notes
Tried something different with less water in pours + bypass at the end, turned out decent. Has a bright acidity and caramel-y sweet aftertaste. Still a bit sour though, if I do this version of the recipe more often I should probably grind finer. I also probably should dilute slightly less, maybe 50g added.
